About PEXMART
PEXMART manufactures PE100 HDPE pipe, fittings and lined pipe systems locally on 23 single-screw extruders, with a permanent workforce of 185 and production capacity of 2,200 tons per month.
Manufacturing
Solid-wall PE100 pipe 16 mm – 900 mm, spiral structured-wall pipe 200 mm – 1800 mm ID, and fabricated fittings for local and international use.
In-house testing
All HDPE lined fittings are pressure-tested at 1.5× service pressure. Spiral lined pipe systems have passed all ASTM F1545 requirements.
Own delivery fleet
2 forklifts, 8 trucks and 15 site-equipped LDVs, with tailored scheduling and driver-status tracking.
